Preparing for Trek

Trek will be a challenging but wonderful opportunity for you to strengthen your testimony of the Savior.  If you work hard to prepare yourself, you will be spiritually fed. You will get out of this experience what you put into it. In order to assist you in this, we have put together a list of items that will help you to prepare physically and spiritually.

Physical Preparation

Being physically fit will help make this experience more fulfilling. While Trek is designed to be physically challenging, if you are prepared you will be able to take advantage of all the spiritual experiences.

Being Spiritually prepared will allow the spirit to teach you and give you life changing experiences.

Pioneer Knowledge

Going on Trek will help you connect with those who have gone before. As you learn more about their experiences and the sacrifices they made to enable us to have the fullness of the gospel in our lives, you will feel their spirit walking with you as you go along the path.
